FAQS WHEN BEING AN AFFILIATE

Affiliate (or affiliate marketing) is a form of performance-based marketing. It is a way for businesses to market their products, services online.

In this model, a Publisher promotes products or services for various Advertisers and earns commissions based on the performance of this promotion, whether through traffic, sales volume, or the success rate of orders.

After registering an account on PluginThemeAZ, you can find your Affiliate tracking link as follows:

  1. Log in to your dashboard in My Account, click on the “Affiliate Dashboard” tab in the left column.
  2. In the dashboard on the right side, click on the “Marketing” tab, and you will see your Affiliate tracking link.
  3. If you want to create a tracking link for a specific product, in the “Product Links” section, find the tracking product and click Get Affiliate Link.
  1. After confirming and activating your Affiliate account, log in to your account on PluginThemeAZ.
  2. Navigate to the Report section within Affiliate Dashboard.
  3. Here, you’ll find various statistics and reports detailing your performance as an Affiliate, including clicks, conversions, commissions earned, etc.

The cookie storage time refers to the duration during which the data of customers accessing through your Affiliate link is retained. In this case, Affiliate cookies are stored for 30 days.

You will receive commission payments when your commissions reach the payment threshold and you request a withdrawal. We will process commission payments to your account within 2 to 5 business days.

Yes, we do offer affiliate credit for self-purchased orders.

In case a customer clicks on two or more Affiliate links before making a purchase, the commission for that order will be attributed to the last clicked link.
